My participation in the Rockler Bent Wood Challenge is a set of plywood headphones! 🙂
The “hoop” is made of shop made walnut and white oak plywood while the ear pieces and adjustment knobs are birch plywood. Fusion 360 is used to model the wood bending jig and the rest of the head phones, while the EleksMaker laser is used to engrave lettering and logos.
